A Napa Valley native, Lucero has been in the restaurant business since 15, while earning a full certification in Culinary Arts. He developed his palate while working at The French Laundry, Little Nell and Daniel Boulud. Lucero was honored by receiving the Krug Cup from the Court of Master Sommelier’s by passing all three sections of the exam on his first attempt.

Over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and wine businesses, including positions at two Wine Spectator Grand Award winning establishments. Additionally, O’Brien served as sommelier for celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse’s Orlando restaurant and as Wine Director at Stations Casinos in Las Vegas.
