Webber Restaurant Group is seeking top candidates for all hourly positions at our newest restaurant, The Bancroft, slated to open this May.

The Bancroft will be a 278-seat high-end urban steakhouse located in Burlington, MA. It will be a modern steakhouse, maintaining the commitment to quality steaks seen in all great steakhouses, but without the ubiquitous mahogany and white tablecloth décor, without the often boring and uninspired menu, and without the overly-pretentious service. This will be a new kind of steakhouse, for a new generation of diners — craft cocktails, food beyond just the classics, and an atmosphere that you actually enjoy being in. We are looking for candidates who are up to the task of preparing and delivering outstanding food and drink while maintaining a level of service and execution that is commensurate with the top restaurants in the region. High energy, motivated, focused individuals with a passion for hospitality are what we seek.
